Order Status

I have not receive any emails about my order, was it placed ?

Good question! We send out an Order Confirmation email shortly after placing your order so that you can make sure to have a receipt. If you did not receive one, and it is not in your spam folder, it is possible the order was not fully placed or that your email was entered incorrectly.

Please contact us via email at info@kemulan.com, and we’ll make sure it gets straightened out.

Where is my order?

Please check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email, which included a link to track your Kemulan package.

Can’t find it? Please contact us at info@kemulan.com

We’ll need the name of the recipient, the email address used to place the order, and the order number. Once we have that, we will get back to you with additional details on your package status.

My package is missing, what should I do?

If you have not received your package in a timely manner, it may have been lost in transit by UPS or DHL.

Please contact UPS or DHL directly about the issue. If they are unable to resolve it, please email us at info@kemulan.com so we can personally take care of your situation and get your items delivered ASAP!

If I received received my order and noticed a mistake. How can I get it solved?

If Kemulan made a mistake on your order, we will do everything possible to correct our blunder.

Please contact us at info@kemulan.com with your name, order number, and what error occurred (pictures encouraged!) so that we can make it up to you ASAP.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Most times of the year, we will ship your order within 1-2 business days from the time you placed it. During busy seasons it can take longer and shipping time estimates will be updated during checkout. We ship all of our packages directly from Bali - Indonesia and it will take around 7-10 days to ship to USA, Europe and Asia.

How much does shipping cost?

For orders over $69, the shipping rate is FREE.

For a single bracelet, we have a flat standard shipping rate

  • Europe: $14.99
  • Asia & Oceania: 6.99

How are the bracelets made?

For each bracelet we use a double-length thread: this will guarantee that the thread is unique, without any need to connect two pieces, weakening the bracelet.

To make it resistant we are managing very long threads. For a five wrap bracelet, we need a 4 meter (13 ft) long thread.

After we have finished with the thread we sew the stone bead to the leather.

This takes time and care. In fact, it takes an experienced artisan 2 and a half hours to make your bracelet.

What materials are the Kemulan bracelets made from?

The material we use are natural gemstones, crystal, genuine leather and denim thread to guarantee the strength of the thread.

And for the clasp we are using 925 sterling silver clasp where we stamp with our epic Kemulan logo.

How about the size of the bracelet?

All Kemulan bracelet are completely adjustable. The wrap is actually one chain of gemstones hand sewn with leather.

There are three size adjustments to fasten the sterling silver clasp at the end for the right fit. You could see the size and wraps on the measurement of each bracelets.

Return and Replacement

What should I do when I received the wrong item(s)?

We sincerely apologize about that and know you were eagerly anticipating your order. The disappointment of receiving the wrong order is certainly frustrating, so we want make this right for you as quickly as possible.

Please contact us at info@kemulan.com with your name, order number, a list of the item(s) you are missing and, if applicable, a picture of the wrongs items received.

I’m not satisfied with my order. Can I get the refund?

While we'd be so sad to lose you as a Kemulan, if we didn't meet your expectations, or you had a change of heart, your item may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Your order will be refunded, minus the cost of shipping, once we receive your item.

Bulk Ordering and Wholesale

How can I carry the Kemulan bracelets in my store?

We love to hear that you're interested in sharing Kemulan with your community! We currently only partner with brick and mortar retailers and require stores to provide their Tax ID to be considered for carrying our products.

No retailer is permitted to sell Kemulan online, including any third party e-commerce websites.

Do you offer custom bulk order?

We are now opening up the opportunity to customize bracelets with your logo on the sterling silver clasp or design for your team, group, event, business, or nonprofit. Work with our team to have your designed with different gemstone selection and also different genuine leather color.

Please note, minimum order quantity is 100 bracelets. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the design and sampling process, and 3-4 weeks for production.
